Administration 

The human resource of Bangladesh Betar includes officials, staff artists and casual artists. The administrative requirements of all such employees are fulfilled by this wing in order to maintain a smooth management system. This wing is involved with the recruitment, posting, promotion and other administrative activities.

Total number of Sanctioned post - 2725 . Details are as follows:

Finance: 

This wing maintains the financial activities and communicates with the concerned Information Ministry in order to manage budget and fund for Bangladesh Betar.

Revenue Income:

Bangladesh Betar contributes to the income generation of the government. In the last fiscal year (2007-2008), Bangladesh Betar has earned Tk. 6,10,63,000 of revenue through commercial advertisements and  from different UN based organizations who rent our time slot for broadcasting. It also earns foreign exchange by providing programme transmission facilities to British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). In the current fiscal year(2008-09) till October 31, Betar has earned Tk.2,25,21,000 of revenue from the same sectors.

Revenue Expenditure:

As a nationalized organization, revenue budget (revised) allocated for the fiscal year 2007-2008 for  Bangladesh Betar is  Tk. 63,51,79,000 and total expenditure is Tk. 55,99,36,000.  Revenue budget  allocated for the current fiscal year (2008-2009) for  Bangladesh Betar is  Tk. 60,57,23,000 and total expenditure till October 31, 2008 is Tk. 16,00,57,283.31.
